Since the invention of cinemascope at the turn of the
twentieth century, lions have always been a favorite subject and theme in movies all over the world. All kinds of movies have
been produced about lions including horror, comedy, family, animation, family, adventure, and documentary. What is the animal
that Metro Golden Mayer (MGM) chose as the special guest that greets audience at the beginning of all its movies?....
This section will include some good movies that their
titles included the word "lion" or "lions". These movies will not have real lions but their script rotates around people
supposedley as brave, strong, and noble as lions.
This section will have movies that were especially
produced with their scripts mainly written about lions, and also movies that had few scenes of lions within the main script.
This section will include some real good movies that
were produced as documentary movies to study different aspects of the lion's life, like habitat, mating, hunting, threats, etc.

They actually chose a LION...:)....What a higher honor for the lion than to be chosen by probably the oldest
and biggest movie production company to be its special guest and ambassador to its audience?:)
In this section I will try to provide some
information about the movies that hosted lions as main characters or even as cameos within the main scenario. There are plenty
of movies that included lion appearances, but Iam gonna mention only the movies that I watched and liked or the ones that I
didn't watch but my guess that they are also good. I hope you like this entertaining section and I hope you might learn something
